Reading and Literature
This year we will work on reading beyond what is written on the page and coming to the understanding that, while there are a lot of books to be read, there are really not that many original stories! As I think about our class novels, I realize that each main character is on a quest. Over the course of the year, we will be talking about what a quest is and how each of these novels fit into that category.
